Pay your utility bill online using a Visa, Mastercard or Discover or E-check at no additional charge. Online payments are reflected on your account immediately when submitted. However, payments may take several days to be posted to your account.

- Customers can obtain information about their account 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling 785-309-5740 and selecting Option 1.
- Customers will need their account number and customer number which are on both the top and bottom sections of the utility bill.
